Privacy Policy

The short version
Printzo does not collect personal data. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no third-party trackers. Every photo and every PDF you open stays on your device. We have no server that could receive your files, because the app does not have one.
Your photos and documents
When you pick a photo or a PDF, Android hands that one file to the app. Printzo reads it into memory, builds the print-ready page there (paper size, margins, layout, tone) and hands the finished PDF to Android's own printing service, which shows the system print dialog.
The print file is written into the app's private cache folder for one reason only: that is how a file is passed to the Android print framework. It is deleted before the next print job, it is not readable by other apps, and it is removed when you uninstall Printzo.
The PDF engine (pdf-lib, pdf.js) and the QR generator run inside the app. You can switch the phone to airplane mode and every tool still builds its page.
Printers
Printzo does not talk to printers itself and has no cloud printing. Discovery, drivers and the print queue belong to Android's print services — the built-in default print service, Mopria, or a manufacturer plug-in you installed (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung, Xerox and so on). When you choose a printer, your document is handed to that service by the operating system, under Android's own rules.
What is stored on your device
- Your language choice and small interface preferences.
- A cached copy of the configuration file described below.
- Files you deliberately save or share.
That is all. The app does not create a device id, an installation id, or any other identifier.
The only two network connections Printzo makes
- Google Play Billing. If you subscribe to PRO, Google processes the purchase. We never see your card, address or Google account details — only the subscription state Google reports to the app.
- A configuration file fetched from
https://hq.bnj.app/api/v1/sync/printzo. It carries only the app version, the interface language and the platform ("android"). It carries no identifier, no file, no file name and no personal data. If the request fails, the app uses its built-in defaults and keeps working.
What we do not do
- We do not upload, copy, or read your photos and documents.
- We do not collect names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, contacts, or location.
- We do not use an advertising id. The app does not request the
AD_IDpermission. - We do not show ads.
- We do not sell or share data with anyone, because we do not have any to sell.
Permissions
Printzo requests only INTERNET, and uses it for the two connections above. Photos and PDFs are reached through Android's own file picker, and the camera through Android's own camera screen, so the app never holds a standing storage or camera permission — you choose each file explicitly.
Subscription
Printzo PRO is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Google Play, with weekly, monthly and yearly plans and a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. The price is shown by Google Play in your own currency. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's policy.
Your rights
Because no personal data is collected, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete on your behalf. If you are in the EU/UK and want to exercise a right under the GDPR, write to us and we will explain what we hold — which is nothing.
Children
Printzo is a printing utility intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever starts collecting anything, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described here.
