1. What Printzo is

Printzo is an Android app published by Hugo Software. It builds print-ready pages from your photos and PDFs on your own device and hands them to Android's printing service. It is a tool; the printing itself is performed by your printer and by the print service you selected.

2. Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Printzo on devices you control. You may not resell it, rent it out, or redistribute it as your own product. You may print anything you have the right to print — copyright and local law are your responsibility.

3. Printzo PRO subscription

• PRO unlocks multi-photo layouts, page selection and order, poster mode, scan & print, label sheets, ink-saver and grayscale.
• The subscription is sold and billed by Google Play, with weekly, monthly and yearly plans. The current price for your country is shown by Google Play in your own currency, both in the app and on the store page.
• New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you selected starts and renews automatically.
• It renews until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; you keep PRO until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy, not by us.

4. Free tier

Printing photos and printing PDFs are free, with no page limit and no watermark. We may add or change PRO features over time; we will not move an existing free tool behind the paywall.

5. Printers

Printzo does not communicate with printers directly. Which printers appear in the print dialog depends on Android's print services and the plug-ins installed on your phone. We cannot guarantee that a specific printer, driver, paper size or duplex mode will be available; that part belongs to Android and to your printer's manufacturer.

6. Your files

Your photos and documents stay on your device. We never receive them, and we cannot recover them for you. Keep your own backups.

7. No warranty

Printzo is provided "as is". We do not warrant that every print will be pixel-perfect on every printer, that the app is free of defects, or that it fits a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hugo Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, including wasted paper, ink or toner, missed deadlines, or loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The current version always lives on this page, with its date at the top.
