My printer is not in the list

Printzo shows the printers Android knows about. If yours is missing:

1. Make sure the printer and the phone are on the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Install your printer's print service from Google Play (HP Print Service Plugin, Canon Print Service, Epson Print Enabler, Brother Print Service, Mopria Print Service…), then open the print dialog again.
3. Some printers only appear after you open the manufacturer's own app once.

If nothing appears, you can still choose Save as PDF in the same dialog and print the file from a computer.

The print comes out cropped or with white borders

• Fill crops the photo so it covers the whole sheet. Fit shows the whole photo and leaves white space. Switch between them in the Layout row.
• Most printers cannot print to the very edge of the paper. If you set margins to None and your printer has a hardware margin, it will shrink or clip the page. Thin is the safe choice for borderless-looking prints.

A HEIC photo will not open

Android's WebView cannot decode HEIC. Open the photo in the Gallery, export or share it as JPEG, then pick it in Printzo.

The preview and the paper do not match

The preview is rendered from the very same PDF that is sent to the printer, so a mismatch is almost always the printer's own scaling. In the print dialog, check the paper size and that "fit to page" is not scaling it a second time.

PRO, trials and refunds

• PRO unlocks layouts, page selection, poster, scan & print and label sheets.
• Plans (weekly, monthly, yearly) and prices are shown by Google Play in your own currency; new subscribers get a 3-day free trial.
• Manage or cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal; PRO stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds go through Google Play, not through us: Google Play → your order → Request a refund. If Google refuses and you think it is unfair, write to us and we will look at it.
• Changed phone or reinstalled? Open Settings → Restore purchase with the same Google account.
